Step 1: Access the Golden Basket

Go to the Campaign tab on the left panel.

Select the relevant campaign.

Click on the Golden Basket tab at the top center.

Next to “Results,” you’ll see the total number of companies delivered for this campaign. This count updates every time new companies are added.
Step 2: Review Companies

Click the Review tab (orange button on the left).

Go through the listed companies and review their details:

Website link
-
Novable Expert comment
-
Funding Info
-
Novable Activity Index
-
Keywords (topics) related to the Company
-
Option to request an Enriched Profile.

Step 3: Tag the Company

Match: Select if the company aligns with your campaign briefing. A Match means the company fits your key criteria and could be a valuable opportunity. Typical Matches include companies that:

Fits the briefing
-
Offers relevant solutions
-
Aligns with your needs
-
Has strategic potential
-
Is already known or engaged
-
(Optional) Add a comment and save it to a specific list.

Miss: Select if the company does not fit your briefing or lacks relevance to your campaign. A Miss helps refine future recommendations by indicating what does not work for your needs. Typical Misses include companies that:

Out of scope
-
Irrelevant solutions
-
Misaligned with strategy
-
Lacks innovation
-
Specify a reason (e.g., not the right geography, size or age, wrong business model, etc.).

Tagging companies helps refine Novable’s algorithm and improve future Deliveries.
Once you tag a company as Match or Miss, your feedback is saved automatically. When you’ve gone through all results, a short “Well Done!” animation confirms that everything was recorded and will be used to improve future Deliveries.
Need more results sooner? You can now request a new Delivery at any time : no need to finish tagging all companies first. Just click Request a Delivery at the top of the page. A comment box will open where you can share feedback or guidance for the Novable Expert, helping us fine-tune the next batch of suggestions.

At the end of a Campaign, you can always ask for an export of the results by clicking on the top button Export top right. The report is per Campaign. It will be generated in a CSV file and contains:
- All Matched companies
- All Missed companies
- All companies yet to review
- Including all comments
- Including all firmographics info.
